Council History
In 1994 with the prodding of Brother Jack Dougherty , a group of parishioners, who belonged to another council
applied for a charter as a new council at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit church. On May 15, 1995, Supreme Knight Virgil G. Dechant signed the charter establishing Council #11582 in Mount Zion. 32 men were charter members.
